West
Ham United Museum
World
Cup winners' medals from West
Ham's three 1966 stars are the
pride of the east London club's
collection.
The medals
won by Bobby Moore, Sir Geoff
Hurst and Martin Peters are on
display in the museum at the
club's Upton Park home - as are
others won by the club's most
celebrated players.
Supporters'
donations helped towards the
£4 million cost of the
museum, according to the West Ham
United website.
The club
dates its history back to 1895
and the formation of a football
side by workers from the Thames
Iron Works.
Details of
admission charges and opening
times are shown on the club
website.
